RomeMinicab Terms and Conditions
1. General Information

Cap 00166, VAT ID 0000000000, provides chauffeured car rental services. Access to the website and services implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Vehicle Types and Passengers
- Vehicle Types: RomeMinicab offers sedans, minivans, and luxury vehicles based on booking and availability.
- Maximum Passengers: Each vehicle accommodates a specific maximum number of passengers and luggage. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the booking details.
3. Pickup Time and Delays
- Pickup Time: Refers to the agreed starting time of the service.
- Client Delays: RomeMinicab offers complimentary waiting time as follows:
- 15 minutes for city pickups.
- 60 minutes at airports (calculated from flight arrival time).
- Beyond this, additional charges may apply.
4. Booking and Payment
- Booking: Must be completed through the website, official email, or phone contacts.
- Payment Methods: Credit card, bank transfer, or other listed methods.
- Remuneration: Clients agree to pay the full amount prior to the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations:
- Free if made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Up to 100% charge if canceled after this timeframe.
- Refunds: Any applicable refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
6. Rebooking and Ride Changes
- Rebooking: Clients may request changes to the time or itinerary with at least 3 hours’ notice.
- Ride Changes: The driver may accept route changes, with additional costs communicated promptly.
7. No-Show
If the client does not show up within the specified waiting time, RomeMinicab will consider the service completed, and no refund will apply.
8. Liability and Delays
RomeMinicab is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, weather, or accidents, but will inform the client promptly.
9. Passenger Conduct
- Smoking, eating, or damaging the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused by the client will be charged accordingly.
10. Data Protection
RomeMinicab complies with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) for personal data protection.
11. Jurisdiction
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
