Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
Prices are per car up to maximum number of passengers and luggage.
Q: How much luggage can I take?
Number of baggage is specified for the type of car. Each extra baggage can increase the price or the possibility of being loaded into the trunk. The customer must ensure that he has chosen the right car for his needs.
Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?
You will receive an email with confirmation and booking details. Each reservation is “Confirmed” with reserve for the fitness checks by our operators. The reservation can receive “Unconfirmed” at a later time if the data is not reliable.

Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
The cancellation made before 24 hours before the pick-up time provides for a full refund.

Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
The pick-up will be guaranteed up to a delay of two hours, without additional costs. Beyond this term we reserve the right to cancel the service.
Q: What if I miss my flight?
The customer must as soon as possible inform RomeMinicab of the missed presentation at the pick-up time. After which a refund will be applied according to “Terms and Conditions”.Terms and Conditions
